Building a solution-focused life
Our behaviors and thoughts are shaped by the principles we hold dear. Solution-focused principles can make a positive impact on our lives if we can apply them. Small changes can lead to bigger changes in the future, so it’s important to let ourselves explore the world through curiosity.
How we can find balance
There are different views on how people grow and change. In a world that’s being torn apart by polarization, we can find balance by holding space for divergent views to co-exist while relating to the opposites from a state of ascended balance.
Power and Love
The term power does not have the most positive connotation based on historical context of corruption and abuse. But as people, we are capable of creating power that works for everyone, including ourselves. By understanding and embodying both power and love, we can exert our inner strength in an ethical way that is both elegant and effective.
Freedom and responsibility
The freedom we experience in life is often limited. To have freedom and responsibility differs throughout many environments and cultures. Depending on one's point of view, there exists a spectrum of ways for demonstrating a sense of responsibility. Through the Realization Process, we can recognize when both freedom and responsibility occur simultaneously.
Practicing self-honesty
Finding oneself does not happen immediately and takes a bit of time. Through self-honesty, we can act with greater self-awareness as we seek out opportunities in the world. We can address our struggles by facing them head-on and with kindness for ourselves.
The power of intentions
Having good intentions can help us better understand others. Reflecting on what you cherish about a close person you may be having a conflict with can help you start building a better relationship with them. Acknowledging the person has their own struggles too can help us to maintain a respectful attitude and an open mind.
Feeling your quality of life
Many of us believe that creating a good life means that our life must have particular features. We accumulate objects of desire to try to fulfill us, yet it always leads to wanting more. Perhaps we need to shift our focus from acquisition of features to feeling the subtle quality that we want to experience and cultivate in our life.
Coming to fruition as a human being
Humans have more capabilities than any living organism. Coming to fruition may not mean reaching a goal in the distant future, but recognizing the state of completion at each moment in time. How meaningful life is for us depends on how many fruitful moments we can recognize in the time that we have.
Letting go of what no longer serves us
Leaving behind toxic relationships and environments can be a challenging process. Learning to let go requires several steps, along with accepting the idea that we are not here to fix others, and it is important to let people make their own mistakes in order to grow.
